I FUCKING PAYED 20 EURO AND I DIDNT GET MY POINTS! WHEN I PURCHASED THEM I CAME TO THE LOG IN SHIT.. :/ THEN I LOGGED IN DIDNT HAVE THEM HELP ME PLZ!

In our redirectly u didnt pay, so plz try again and be logged in when u buy points

Sometimes it takes up to 12 hours before you recieve the points (depends on which payment you used) Also you should have recieved a confirm email if the payment was successful or not.
Also you can email them like Sariel said : Billing@highexp.eu or open a ticket (pretty much the same thing)
