Hi! I've been Helper for 1month and 1week and helped the best I can!
But now I want to get downgraded to a normal player again.
It's to much work for me for being an alone helper without any award. Kasho started school (cannot blame him for that) and Eliiz is never online.
Also players blame me when the server lag, when they got scammed, when they lose items or when donations doesnt work. Dont want to be rude but it's getting really annoying to get your crap without any reward so that's why I want to get downgraded from the helper rank.
Also im getting mad at the unfair things in the server but I understand why you cannot take part on all things.
Anyway you got potentially helpers like Dustintje or Sariel that might want to join

The last post may sound that I want an reward for being an helper. But that's not what I meant. Im just tired that players spamm me for the game issues I got nothing to do with. Still I try to help them and whenever you guys dont reply to an email they spamm me again

Hi riesen I know it's stressful I always get spammed everyday when I log in and I know it's hard to try and keep everyone happy but some things are impossible just ignore them and do your best your a good helper and would be a shame to see you leave but I agree since Elliz doesn't log in anymore and kasho started school maybe a new helper is needed if you have anymore problems in game just direct them to me and I will try and talk to them if I can

Riesen i understand you and most of the problems that ive seen is those when ppl come to you when they get scammed and stuff like that its almost never something that you acctully can help with, id love you too keep your possission as a helper because i feel comfterble (spelling?) knowing there is always help when i need it

also admin ignoring some ppl is very hard because ppl spam like hell and i understand that you get spammed too then maybe you should lower the mute secs? maybe make it normal again because ppl spam in temple all the time and it causes headace and laggs in the server.

i think both riesen and admin has done a very good job making me happy in the serv. Abeze has often answered my questions on the forum that also has been very helpfull so im greatfull.

P.S. PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU ADMIN FIX THE SELL HOUSE COMMAND!!

1) Admin, if you read my second post you'll see that I never wanted an reward. It was just an locution.
I've read the helper application several times before I applied, dont worry.

2) Yes I could just easily ignore them but they just keep spamming, and I dont think it's smart to 'mute' them, since they may need help in the future.. Also most players spamm help channel by cursing whenever someone doesn't help them etc. But I got an email from you or CM now so we can mute them from the help channel whenever it requires. Also one other thing I've noticed is that players think Helpers are part of the staff. And that's probably why they keep spamming even if I say that I cannot help.

3)Well the things I find unfair is when players get scammed, I know that you cannot take parts for what players do with their gear or anything but there are ways so 'lower' the scamms. Example with the houses. I've read in earlier posts about commands like !sellhouse player - and it opens the trade, or house scrolls. 'Unfair things ' may have been the wrong word.
I actually think it's funny to be a helper so I will probably stay as it, if you allow me ofc. But if you decide to open the helper application again, feel free to replace me. I'm pretty sure you'll find more active helpers, and ppl that doesn't cry about these silly things- I think most players would enjoy with this many challenges.

btw you should have some credit for fixing the forever aol scamm

you're not someone who would quit fast riesen it must be hard to handle all that alone i hope u will keep your position as helper also if the application opens again you wont be the only one so you wont have to do that much anymore so the only thing i could say is, Bite through it till then
