"Can my account get un-banned?

Please note that if your banishment was Permanently one, we are sorry to tell you that this account banishment will not be lifted." This is what the rules say. Still 2 players got unbanned from perma bann but i didnt. This is the last time i try to get unbanned for "Betrayed" |
