So I been playing here soon for a week, and I just wanted to ask why there is no reachable staffs or helpers whatever you guys call them. Maybe it's because I been around for a little bit but the only person I seen helping and been active is someone called Dhavii god bless him…

admin and cm are online, they are ghost all the time + they dont feel like answering on a forum, wanna contact em? send an email

the helpers are not supposed to be online all the time, ofc they have to be active but they are normal players with a real life too.

since the server isn't that fun to play anymore, the helpers retires/semi afk (understandable).

ofc u could say, lets make some new helpers. wellllllll everyone wants to be an helper but rlly none of the players (when im online) are objective and they only care about theirselves or they are mean to alot of players, and of the most peoples on the server we can't be sure to promote em without a risk of abusing the position.


dhavii is the only player who doesnt offend anyone on the server, atleast not forever

if we take a look at the helpers atm, almost everyone respected riesen, almost everyone liked zariel and dustintje, and to be honest hortblade was made to be an helper, very good understandable english, lots of knowlegde of the game and knows when to answer a question and when not.


how i see it helpers aren't needed anymore (no offence to ma nigga's) but what's so special about the rank, all they can do is jail a player for 6 hours and they got a cool collor in help channel + they got "helper" every so often xD.

there are plenty of good players with enough knowlegde of the server to help some new and starting players, with server issues u can send an email. for example dhavii, he's a helpfull players and i think he is not helping people to become a helper, just because he likes it

as you see this is just a friend of dhavii to make dhavii have a higher percent of becoming helper '-' nice try.

and i dont think admin would change helpers/tutors its just siri doing all work.

I never said I wanted to be helper, even though I help most players in the game. All I want is a better community. And yes we become friends after I guide him through the whole server.

Dhavii does pretty good job, even though he isn't helper. I think he could become helper, he'd just have to be fair as helper and I guess it would be a good choice.

Guess there's nothing much else to say, don't get me wrong I love to be a helper but 90% of the server don't know whats the real thing about being a helper (they barely know the rules). You get tons of messages when logging in, about issues that players (specially the veteran ones) know you cant do nothing about it but they still insist you have to do something about it. And lately there wasnt many "new players" to help. As said all the "might power" we have is to jail a player for 6 hours, else we're just regular players.
Also as well pointed, siri can answer a lot of questions you can have (ofc I know she can be buggy sometimes, but she's doing a great botjob)

I heard that dhavii is doing a great job helping new players, and thats awesome, I started like that too. But helpers arent just about helping others, they're also about being reasonable, trustworthy, respect and be respected and sometimes take right and fast decisions. And I really dont think helpers are needed atm.

I'd love to be more active as usual, but I've been facing a lot of RL issues.
