Hello.
As I am directing this letter to Admin which changed his name to (GM Xerazx) I hope that either him or CM is gonna read this.

When I first started playing this server for 2 years ago I decided to donate, I then donated for a castle and I had 3 spawns. Just recently I lost 2 spawns inside of my castle, which should not have happened!
I have rights to use all of the spawns as I paid 200 euro for the castle at that time.

Now, my account has been hacked twice, the first time I lost my account I got it back and all my items were returned. Then a few months ago I lost my items on my character. I never lost my character, but I lost my items this time.
I had the items on the character called "Gothic Archer"

I have no reason to play here if Im gonna have nothing. Ive spent over 2000 euro on this ot, I feel like you guys can atleast refund me my items as you've done it before, why not do it one last time? I cant be held responsible for the loss when I was inactive for almost 1.5 years.

if you had guests at the castle I do not think the admin can help with this and if it was a server error when kept off the admin did not help already and tried even taking tests and not served me anything
