if someone was fishing and i used exeta res spell over his monster this monsters will disappear, so make it exhausted like exeta taunt.

Or they can just disable the spell within that area?

I'm not against you (like you mentioned at a previous post) but since I regulary block Quests and will hunt in Demostar, the exeta res is probably the most important spell. 1 minute cooldown will deffinetly guarantee a "wipe".

try to use exeta taunt at fishing area it shows exhausting i said they should make exeta res same way.

Kind of missunderstood the point.
Usually when you're exhausted it requires you to regain power again. In games, it's a usually a cooldown. That's what I thought you meant with an exhaust.
Anyway, the reason why it doesn't work there is because they disabled it within that area along with other spells.
