The server is not running into the complicated mode which caused lags for the first 3 days of the update release, in much easier way, the server does not actually have any lags these days. If you have some connecitvy issues i would need some info to be able to help.

You can send an email including a screenshot from the following stuff:
1. A ping test to the server domain;
2. an MTR check

Other situation you would be lagging into most of times is when extreme runes are used, especially after the update (they have much less cooldown) which means much more animation exists and consumes your internet to become visible to you. Nevertheless, we are aware of this issue and the rune code is going to be much optimized to minimize the the amount of packets it consumes to appear on the user screen.
