I think you have to rework this.
Take a closer look.
Rich Armor -> 15%/ Ultra Rich Armor -> 18% = 3% difference.
Coconut shoes -> 12%/ Ultra rich boots ->15%= 3% difference + the reflect damage.
So at the moment there is no reason to take the ultra armor.
You will either have to buff the ultra armor or decrease the ultra boots a bit.
Just thought I'd let you know in case you haven't noticed already.

Also the ultra legs are much more effective once you hit a certain amount of mana, also making the ultra armor more useless. Another thing is that ultra armor doesnt help against the ek spell since it does true damage, with more health it will take up less %. hopefully you know what i mean

This well what they have done, now if it's worth using the boots instead of coconut
