Don't know really how to start, so I'll just say my thoughts.
Well as a knight I don't really have any use for soul points, except for making runes of course.
When you compare that to all the other vocations, who all can use mana per soul to boost their survivability by using soul, it's kinda unfair.
Please don't come with something like hp per soul, which would be useless since our donate uh already heals more.
My new idea contains a way for us knights to consume our soul points in a way to boost our survivability too. As plenty of people stated that they need to waste soul orbs to survive and knights don't have to waste anything, this idea will give us the opportunity to survive more by "wasting".
Now to the idea:
Basically I thought off something like "Defensive Stance".
It would consume about 30 soul points which is twice the amount of mana per soul and equals 1 1/2 soul orbs.
Now for the boost that this spell gives. My idea is to make this spell make us taking reduced damage for like 5% or you could say 5% protection all for about 5-10 secs, this would come with a cooldown of course, I personally thought about something like 1 minute would be fair. (Depending on how long it lasts)
Also I would like to add some kind of extra effect to that, so if we use the spell that we taunt every monster not player on screen like a big exeta res spell, so we can finally live up to our role as tanks.
