I guess you're overflown with emails daily and it's probably really annoying and hard to reply back to everyone.

So my suggestion is to make a new email with the main reason to report scammers.
e.g Report@highexp.eu (or something)
With this you only need to take a look and the inbox once a week and hopefully the support email wont be spammed.

I'm not sure if it's annoying atm but I get so many msg ingame and most of the times it's a long shot etc. = waste of time. And players that might have a real issue will have to wait longer since you need to look out a hopeless case :/ (everyday)

Or roll with them and video all what will happen with this program
