But rule number #3 isn't. Well of course it is but it conflicts with the rule #6. Which will win in the end? Number #3 of course. So why even have rule #6?
I mean.. players will not get their items back and the biggest action I've seen on a scammer is a 3days bann, then he started to scamm again.

#4 It's hard to remove them all but some players actually got a so called "invalid name". (but I give you that one)
#5, this can be discussed a lot but most helpers jail players at the e.g Magical outfit quest.
Most players block just to kill the boss that drops raid tokens. According to Admin this isnt considered a block. So when is it considered a block? After 2minutes or what?

#7 This rule is hard because players share account. (rule #11, though this was more like a warning). So basically I could run around with two chars on my account and say that it's my brother or friend. They got the same IP so it makes it legit?
So easy to abuse.

#8, What exactly is the action for this one? I usually give a notation and then jail them. But they can still write in the help channel (no mute command).

#9, read the previous post. We cannot mute a player so this is pretty waste. Also I dont think the other helpers know about the blacklist you got. So most dont bother to send it.
The same player could advertise multiply times. During different days.

#11, kind of conflict with the rule 12. Both are just warnings. Since selling a account is illegal, buying a account is also illegal. I think you should put some more info about this rule.
It's 2 sides of the coin - Selling a account is illegal at the first place. And buying a account is also illegal. But the problem here is that, if the buyer get away with this, he break a rule and gain a benefit (basically abusement). But if he buys the char and get scammed he will only report it and expect a action on the other char, even though he also broke a rule.
I didnt explain the problem with rule 12 that good but hopefully you got the point. You should rewrite it. Also where's is the rule about selling items /transfering. It's basically an advertise too (in-a-way).
