It takes another payment method as many are minors and have no access to paypal.
One method that can use in Latin America is paysafecard

We have Daopay Payment method which has more countries than both of PayGol and Conent~ has, try it out and if you failed to find your country just let us know.

daopay don't work for our countries, but if paygol, if they put paygol many more people donate and enter the server
