Currently, from what i saw, there's no safe way to sell a house. I already sold 2, the 1º didn't had any problem, and the 2º same. Many people is scare of getting Scamm, specialy if they are trying to buy a house in Main City, that's why i think people should start doing the same i did which was Ask a Staff Member from our OT to work as the MiddleMan. i also would like to leave the suggestion of implement a system like !sellhouse "Nick of Player", so that it would work as a Trade, avoiding big problems such as Scamming.
