New helpers and tutors

We need more active staff as their are some inteligent players doing smart things for e.g trashing depot, blocking hunts/quests and etc.

I know there is only around 20 players playing this server, but when we get the new update new players will come and old players.

we dont only need the staff for putting people in jail, we also need them for help in quests and giving us recommendation on e.g hunts, items and etc. it would be nice if the new staff would be active as well as in the game and on forums maybe even discord.

I don't want to neglect your idea, but wouldnt it be better to find permanent solutions instead of waiting for a helper to come online? E.g something that prevents players from thrashing depots, updating Siri etc.
As I mentioned on Discord; I'm renovating my apartment. Been doing it for approximately 3-4weeks on my "free-time", but even if that wouldn't been the case I wouldnt been able to reply any faster than I did on Discord regarding the depot issue.

Also, if we take discord as an example instead highexp, some questions are asked around 4-7am CET. I'm either asleep or preparing for work around those hours. This could be fixed with new helpers I guess but goodluck finding a robot

Helpers and tutors are NOT staff
All helpers+ can do is: jail
You dont need to be helper to help others.

You maybe found yourself in 1 "trash depot" situation, I've been in 20+ and jailing helps almost nothing. You jail some reb 20, another reb 10 will come back and jail have limited space.

99% of the server don't understand the helper/tutor role, so why do we need more of something players dont even understand?
According to rule 14 helpers are here to answer questions that other players might have, therefore not "obligated" to help with items or quests, we can ofc help (as like as any other player could help)

With the active players (not afking or training) running around 10-20 players online you 100% don't need new helpers or tutors, you need changes on the server and real staff (people with real powers) online. We discussed that on other threads with ideas and solutions for the problems we're having (players active, staff and other issues) and you're more than welcome to join the conversation.
Me, Riesen and CM Jean discussed many times about "how to minimize issues" without giving more power to helpers/tutors (tho we did that in a hidden board) so this is not "new news" but at the end, its up to the staff to decide on any changes. So I'm already content to wait on what their decision will be on those matters.
