Well, I would like to suggest 2 modifications to our houses.

1. Right now, everyone can possibly throw thrash into all the houses. In my opinion, it should be available only for invited people/subowners/owners to move/throw/take items inside the house. That would prevent houses from being thrashed by players.

2.It's almost impossible to sell/buy houses safely. It would be really helpful if you could add commands '!sellhouse ' which would open trade window with this person and he would be able to trade items for the house.

I think your first problem can be solved, by changing the "windows" to hatched if I ain't wrong.

And the second problem could be solved if the server had a "auction system" kinda like instead of "trade to trade" were you can trade items and houses and also donation castle and such

Like Unegation sells Demon helmet for 25 MDC or Unegation sells Dedicated Donation Castle for 10.000 MDC

At the next patch people will not be able to throw items into houses which they are not invited/owns it.

About secure !sellhouse i think it's not necessary to be added since House Trading is not something familiar between players.
