So something just terrible happen to a player that’s probably one of the best Highexp lover. His name is Zexit and he lost 4 ultra-rich armor unfortunately because some people had the feeling to trash the depot. I was there to support him I also help him catch 3 of his other ultra-rich items which I gave back after it was over. And it was really sad that people did not want to help instead they trashed the depot. Sure it was stupid move to put 7 ultra-rich on the depot but still everyone should feel save to be able put items on depot without someone comes and trash.
The helpers were unfortunately not online which is not a surprise (sorry guys) that goes to the staff team as well. This server need a new staff member that can be online daily and help people in need when they getting in trouble. And of course punishment for the people that break the Xerazx rules. What do we have jail for? I’m sure it’s hard to find someone you can trust on to put into the position of a gamemaster or a helper role. But now is the risks to do it. To start of am not here to persuade the staff team that I’m the best one they can find but I can say that I’m very experience and I been for Highexp since the start. And I know how to server function, I know how to help people on a positive way. And I’m very experienced in mapping and design which can be a victory for the highexp since it need new stuff. I hope you read this Staff team.

I got video of when Zexit got trashed I hope you can help him because everything is on that video to prove he had all of the items there.

admin should do something that 1 player is allowed drop something every 20 or 10 sec
i know some player just drop items to ther mc so that why i mean 20 or 10 sec

I like the helpers but some helpers are to often offline, they doing they jobb but still this server need soemone that can be there for help

riesen dident log for 2 months and horthblade logs on everyday but for like 30 min

Its true, I'm not that much online as I used to at least in game, but I do read the forum often, so you guys might be right, it MIGHT be time for at least one new active helper, not my call though.
I have to say its mostly because I'm spending a lot of my free time on work doing new things, but another reason is that most cool people quited, a lot of new players hate helpers for no reason so I go online to get killed and without people to talk to about other topics but tibia.

About this incident, everytime I went online in past I used to solve this "trash depot" issues, but really why do people insist in show items in the depot? 1 ultra piece okay, but 7? I really have to say you knew the risk therefore you can't complain you lost some items.

idk why some ppl want new helpers? they got no power at all, only thing they have is a cool collor in help channel and they can jail some1, unless you like the collor or you want to abuse the jail system you ain't anything special...

it's true there has to be new helpers (trustworthy) for these situations but really, you said riesen did not login in 2 months well this is the FIRST accident since he did not login. so helpers aren't rlly needed i think.

Yeah actually ppl need safety on their houses and depot items inside it, mdcs on bank.

Depot spot never has been a safety spot on my opinion, staff has been very kind on puting it out of cleaning server.

But I should agree that spammers should be at least banned for a few days.

Decided to check the forum after a message from Dhavii.

First of all, the Ultra Rich loss. May I ask why you moved from your position? Even if it may not be the best solution, the Staff implemented so any items on the depot tile wont disappear during a server clean.

Surely I can understand the frustration, but just plain stupid to move. Hopefully the staff will be able to recover your items.

About "new" Helpers. It's true that I haven't been online lately on Riesen. However, I've been online on an alternative character with the Help Channel open. I can personally say that it's more rare to see a question there than to see a naked man walking around in the capital of Sweden.
And have in mind that I wrote 'question'. I don't care about irrelevant stuff such as "please items".

Besides, even if I or any other helper would've been online during this, I doubt we'd be able to do anything. I don't want to sound rude, but most players on Highexp are mostly "kids".

*If we politely ask a player to move - nothing will happen.
*If we accidently jail the wrong "thrasher" - we abuse our powers.

There's ~15 players in your battle window. Even if we jail one, they will simply just login on another character. The sad part is that some players might be trying to help you, but that just make our "job" a hell lot harder.

What people fail to understand is that a Helper or even a Tutor is more like a "instructor". We're not a GM/CM/Admin. We're simply guides ingame, usually related to ingame questions. When/if you locate a bug, we have no power to solve it. We simply send a mail, which anyone can do. And we don't have a "free-pass" to get ahead in the mail-queue. We have to wait just like you for a respond.

I dont wan't to deny the idea of a new Helper, but I wouldn't really expect a change when it comes to "thrashing depot". If you want to know the magic about how we Helpers usually handle this:

- Contact Admin/CM while trying to locate the thrasher. We also tend to get spammed by 3000 players while doing so.


If you want an actual solution, come with ideas!
Pretty sure CipSoft made a solution by adding the "Browse Field" thingy.
Wouldn't it be better to ask the staff to enable that function instead of waiting for a Helper to come online and "jail" everyone? - Is that what you expect us to do?.
