i made report 1 week ago about losing account. i'm not gonna post all conversation between me and support e-mail but will post most important parts in it.
this picture when i reported that my e-mail doesnt make recover for account and staff admitted that e-mail which in photo is on that account/character.
3 days later staff respond with what you guys seeing in my upper photo.
this gratefully he transferred 80 premium point so i can make full recover for account after fixing e-mail.
after week of trying recover account and 3 days after it playing with it, staff sent me this message which says they need to confirm that i'm real owner they admitted that i'm real owner since day 1 of report and first picture shows what i mean.
they changed pass/rk/email depends on my share informations and didn't care for security system ye i didn't answer any of these questions but still i have premium recovery system so question is? is this bullshit? why didn't u ask me before i put my items and start to play why u didn't ask me before u give me 80 point or u try to scam us? i sent you alot of questions you said that.
for knowledge rl owner of r ip gave his account to death rush for 2 years does it make death rush rl owner of r ip? NO.
Damian gave old powerz "doctor powerz" for 2 years and 9 months does it make old powerz owner of account? NO.
Music dead gave old powerz his owner char for 1 year since recover because he has rl life business does it make old powerz owner of music dead? NO.
and there alot of people who shared for more than 1-2 years with others but it doesn't make them owners thats why staff made security system by e-mail, you didn't change e-mail for me u didnt do shit for me u just fixed a problem in your recovery system what gives you right to give account of someone to other person just because he was his share? pretending good man?
