Explanation about latest change "slow rune"

now you increased mana-cost of slow rune did u increase mana-cost of merger?

yes, there is alot of reports about slow rune and none of us complained about it, but you have to consider merger rune as most powerful rune all over server after extreme rune.
and now still there is no balancing like always about mana-cost 1000 rebirth use slow with same effect as 2000 rebirth and 2000 rebirth lose mana like 10x more than 1000 reb?
and i would like to use merger rune instead of slow rune it freeze you for 1 second and also makes you remove from your enemy mp/hp 25% while slow just makes you slower. !!!

and also extreme rune it should cost 5% of your mana for mage "mana is main shield for mages"
and 5% of hp knight, 3%hp/mp for paladins because they can use hp and mp as main shield doesn't matter for paladins, so we avoid that they can abuse this rune or spam it

it will make huge difference and it should be effective while immune too
