Hello Xerazxians,
I think for the rules is the helper must help me if i have a question?
Our dear helper Dustintje is not helping or answering in pm

what is his work ? and there is a picture says that he was talking to friend on local chat and not answering me !!

as u could see i was at temple which means alot of spam ur pm was gone in default if you need help its best to ask for it in the help channel

What was the question`?

In the chat, I only saw "I have a question" but not any question asked.
Most of the time (own experience) players claim that they have a question but instead starting a useless conversation.

I can't say that Dustintje ignored you on purpose. But as long as you don't ask a legitamate question, I'll most likely ignore any incoming private messages.

Use the Help Channel in the future. And if it may be a personal question, you can always notify us in the Help Channel if you're going to messsage any of us Helpers.

To ensure that the communication pattern between both Players and Helpers is totally clear, we have updated our server rules to include a rule about Helpers, please check rule #14

Helpers are not official agents hired by the Xerazx-OTS team, which means they are not a hundred percent required to answer to all of the asked questions in the game (they are just players like you). Nevertheless, They are providing their best effort to help other players and answer most of their questions. Please note that a helper may ONLY help you by answering in game questions for you, any other type of helping (items, quests) are usually provided on the helper own's.

Helpers are not forced to private message other players even in case of replying to a question, the official communication channel between Helpers and other Players are within the Help Channel, this helps us to ensure that you are getting the most right answer for your question within a well moderated channel.

Applying the above rule, there's nothing against the reported Helper, we are not taking any sides but the current Helpers are nice to most of you guys and they deserve to be at least nice for them in return.
