Good Night. I am writing to you because I have a big doubt . I just made a donation by phone i send a message and nothing else and I only received 7 points and I wonder because in my country where nothing else can make donations by phone because dollars are hard to acquire I can do with 7 points for each sms . I hope your answer

The prices for points are united for all countries, the mobile payment provider (Forumo) gives you an equivalent amount of points based on the maximum set-up cost per SMS in your country. Some countries have a high ratio into mobile SMS and can be up to 40-60 EUR per SMS, few other countries which like in your case has a restriction on the maximum cost of a mobile SMS. There's no thing from our side we can actually to fix this, but in such cases we always recommend relaying on the other available payment methods such as Credit Card and PayPal. I understand that you might have not crossed 18 yet, but you may use your parents credit card with their permission of course.
