i have been 1300+ for a longer time than you guys

before the update i could get 4.07 million etc and you guys get just 4 million

ofcourse i got higher mana...

Most of the server players have differences in mana and hp although being at the same range of rebirth, this happened due to many things we had in the past, e.g players who used hp/mana scrolls before removing them, another thing is the player who got a high rebirth before the last summer update where we increased the maximum level for rebirth. So for example a bit old player will always have a lower mana / hp than a new player.

However for now we didn't decide yet either we will adjust all the players mana / hp to fit in almost all rebirth ranges or either just temporarily leaving it like how it's.

I hope you got this clarified by now.
