- Matt 2# Where are you from? - United Kingdom 3# How old are you? - 21 4# What languages do you speak, and which one is your native? - English -------------------------------------------- 1# Why would you like to apply for that position? - I would like to apply for this position because I don't just want to help people I want to improve the server as a whole and make every ones time here as enjoyable and problem free as possible. 2# How many hours you can be daily online, and playing in Xerazx-OTS? - Well I work 4 days a week. But even on them days I can offer up to 6 hours online, and on my days off... 10+ should no plans arise 3# What can you produce to the server after being a Staff Member? - As a staff member I can provide people with the help and answers they need and if I didn't know the answer I would make it my goal to find out as soon as possible. Along side that as a staff members it would be my job to make sure the whole community is running smoothly and everyone is satisfied and that problems are acknowledged and solved to the best of my ability. I'm also on the forum everyday it's the first thing I log into before actually joining the server, because its where people post majority of their problems so its the best place to start with making people satisfied and showing that this server has a great team of helpers, which in all makes their experience so much better and encourages them to stay. 4# Why would we choose you? - Granted I've only been on your server for a few weeks but I've already found problems and I have so many ideas and I can see by the amount of people who join that this server has potential. In addition to that I've been playing tibia for the past 10 years on and off and in the past I actually hosted my own server however as i was young I had no way to host my server. But It was a fun to design my own maps and custom spells via lua. So in all fairness I know my fair share despite being new to your server.

I think players who have just started need help, The Admin and Community manager doesnt have time to help all new players. And ofcourse More information about the Server and ofcourse more fun. 2# How many hours you can be daily online, and playing in Xerazx-OTS? I have much time to play because, I'm a bit addicted to highexp.eu and all free time I stitch in highexp.eu. 3# What can you produce to the server after being a Staff Member? As a part of the staff it is important to help people with there problems And, ofcourse you need to be always friendly to the people who needed help and it is too very important that the server keeps running and ofcourse the community needs to stay cozy. because without pleasure there is no fun  4# Why would we choose you? I'm good for the position because : I've been playing 8 months Highexp.eu and i know the map out of my head. So if they ask for a place i know where it is and i like to help people and everybody needs to have a chance to play highexp.eu because its the best OT Server I hope you have something on me. I've been around on the server for a while now and i would like to improve and help the server as much as possible, i know how the system works, so all the people who needs help would get it. I'm a friendly and active player. 2# How many hours you can be daily online, and playing in Xerazx-OTS? Weekdays 4-6H and weekends 10H minimum. 3# What can you produce to the server after being a Staff Member? More help for those who needs it, would be active in Help-Channel all the time... just be there for those who needs it, as simple as that. 4# Why would we choose you? My native is Spanish, but I speak English fluently, as well as some basic Portuguese. 1# Why would you like to apply for that position? There's often no one helping at the help channel most of the time I'm online, so I'd like to be able to help however and whenever I can. 2# How many hours you can be daily online, and playing in Xerazx-OTS? Weekends: (friday-sunday) 5-8 hours Weekdays (monday-thursday): 3-5 hours 3# What can you produce to the server after being a Staff Member? A helpful environment for all of the community. 4# Why would we choose you?
