I wonder if CM/Admin could explain for me and for everyone what can be understood under rule number 5 (No blocking spawns/Quests from other players including with pet.)

I'm asking this because I was called by Old Powerz that - the blood - and dark netter were using mw on a rope spot, and trying to kill him.

Its a PK situation, but also, its a blocking quest situation since Old Powerz was trying to go foward on the quest, and they were blocking it for PVP purposes.
(I know it happened before on Riesen vs Rush but that thread was deleted, and I'm not sure when should I take or not a action.)

PS: I told - the blood - and dark netter I was there to look on that situation ONLY, nevertheless they didnt respect that, and killed me, that was very disrespectful!! Could I take any actions on that too, or only trying to talk to 2 unpolite players?

Please any other players that have their own opinion, I'll be glad to hear it.

From my point of view its not considered as blocking quest since they was spamming mwall,they are killable,but on the other hand they shouldn't kill you as you said you wanted to check the situation i guess the helper needs more powerful like immune lasts 30 sec or something and its only protect you of the players in order to save the helper in this situation or something,and about the rope hole they should make a stairs instead.

actually its possible to use a rope on the rope spot even if there's a mwall on it also blocking a quest or spawn is more like not letting players pass like standing infront of the entrance and using mwalls so people cant push you but im sure this was just for pvp purpose and old wanted to make advantage of you
