This thread is a clone for This one , there's no need to repeat yourself and seek for the ST position, as i have previously told you via email that ST is currently the highest available promotion for players that's why we don't rather to promote somebody to it easily, it's obviously clear that you have been following the community for almost a year now and you also did and still doing a great job whenever you are online, but actually a promotion is not fully dependent on for how long you have been a staff member more than how you are doing as a one, over the time. You started as a great Helper then you got promoted to TuTor, but then real life stuff probably took you of the game and of course this is a higher priority matter and we can't demand you with anything, but when it comes to reach the Highest available rank at our server we must be fair and make decisions based on some well seen facts. Speaking of activity we have shown the Total Online Time for each helper and tutor on the website, search your character and compare it with other helpers and tutors who are probably much newer at this and you will get my point, honestly i don't mind getting your promoted as some kind of honor for being with us but at the same time i can't deal with the impacts of this from other players.

We have thought once about creating the Thank you functionality e.g player may thanks a staff member by typing "!thanks riesen" and it will add a point to his career, a good idea and it's considered in our further server development also if somebody was recognized by the system for spoofing the thank you system he would be demoted.
