i got an objection to kasho the new helper he cant speak english only arabic and thats annoying for people like me if i need help any none arabic cant get helped by him and also i made a screenshot about when he said: All goto hell and thats also bad for people with a religion and the thought people have of staff members here :s

so im not having any problem im just saying you're not a very good helper also im not saying to demote you im just saying i have an objection to you i guess im allowed to give my opinion arent i?

It doesn't matter what your native language is, as a helper you should be able to speak english on a professional level no matter where you come from. It's part of the job and you can't simply say: 'My native language is arabic.' It's no excuse whatsoever, I understand and agree that there has to be a Arabic helper because of the high amount of Arabic players on the server but still he should master the english language very well and I personally think Kasho is not the man for the job. When he can't explain himself because he just simply don't know some words in english he says: 'go to hell.' and stuff like that. I think that's not what a helper should do in any situation, a helper has to be neutral between sides and should stay cool at all time no matter what. So i think this objection is right.

Hi guys you are right you are all allowed your opinion about the staff of the server that being said kasho is a very active player and knows a lot about the server as he said he doesn't speak brilliant English but speaks Arabic which is a good thing as alot of Arabic players are here but me as risen both speak perfect English and there is always one of us online most of the time. I don't agree with you guys always picking on kasho calling him names and stuff as you are always trying To get a reaction out of him if you don't like him don't speak to him it's that simple speak to me or riesen and let kasho help the players who need it instead of always being on his back if you have any problems anymore with kasho speak to me first and I will sort it thanks

its true that he is very active but still hes not great helper.
there are enough players very active on server and speak english better than him.
and he know much about server. i know all too wtf?
only questions in help channel are:
what are mega donation coins.
how many is rich ... worth.
and help me quest
everyone who played this ot for 2 weeks would know the answer...

That's your opinion sariel but admin and cm decided the helpers and I support their choice if its that easy why don't you guys help on the help channel and on forum instead of moaning about who does help

btw i am not against kasho but i want best for server
