I'm not admin, helper or tutor but I'm going to tell you how I see it and how I've seen this problem been taking care of before.. Basically people have to be careful with their items and maybe some peoples aren't to be trusted unless you are completly sure and maybe you've known them for a really long time or something like that. Now you didn't tell me or anyone else in what way he stole it. From house or how, so I believe that if you do no have a screenshot as a proof or something like that there is nothing to do from the admins, helpers, tutors or anyone else that can control the server in a certain way.
