I can see why you're struggling with being a knight, the thing is at the beginning they aren't as efficient, once you get a good amount of HP, killing you will be hard.

It's because of a knight that [Its So Easy] defeated the Thanatos quest, without that knight, we wouldn't have been able to do it, they are fine just as they are now.
