1. I read somewhere you have a clear house system.. but I'm pretty sure its not working.

What you need is someone to personally visit every house and if its got a few tables and coins just kick them out so someone can actually use the house for what its intended for.
Not so people can be greedy and takes houses and never actually intend on using them.

Or simply do a check to see when the person last logged on and based on a set time period the house should be sold.

Granted it would take some time, But in all fairness you open a server and its your job to keep everyone happy, and I for one am not happy and I'm sure many others would agree with me on this.

2. Have active Gm's from all time Zones...
Every time i use the help chat room asking for a gm or Tutor i get no reply.
Certain other players do their best to answer questions and enquirers but it would be nice to know that a Gm or Tutor will be there at least 80% of the time if needed.

3. If number 1 should fail. Make a new City or a few new cities
Copy houses -> Paste houses -> Set pz -> restart server
Job done.

I hate to say this but, this OT is completely devoid of active staff members (as for the Admin, and the Community Manager, they are doing a great job, and I am very happy about their quick responses).

And for the houses, there actually should be a system that automatically puts the house on sale after a specific period of time by which the person has not logged in with any of their characters.

And you should force people to deco their houses. 6 chairs and 6 tables is not deco.

Honestly when you actually log on just have a quick walk around the main city. Just 30 seconds. I found 9 houses with chairs and tables in. I mean seriously what is that.

-I could have a house with 1 chair and log in once a week to add 1 gold coin... and bam the house remains mine.

Make more than one main city?
Like RL tibia you have Thais..Venore....Carlin and so on.
Whats limiting you to only one main city?
The possibilities are endless.

I know you currently have 8 other cities but whats stopping you from upgrading one of them to be another main city. Also add a little NPC or teleporter which then sets the city as your main one.
This would then free up the first City and open up more spawns, bosses and houses

hey guys sorry to hear that you think the helpers are doing a bad job. and don't get me wrong i agree that some helpers are not devoted enough and do not log in enough or even help people i try my best to help everyone on the server and i always have the help channel open and answer questions i try to be on as much as possible at least 5 + hours a day and always am willing to help people with any problems the reason i haven't been on for the last 3-4 days or only on for an hour or 2 is because i have had a lot of university work but now i am free until September and will be playing a lot more and be on a lot more. i apologize if this has caused you any problems in game but you can be reassured now that i will be on everyday for at least 4 hours and i will make the community of the ot better at every chance i get

what should u do with ur house than?
everyone put the same things in the house: ice cubes/ wand/ rod/ (sometimes) red eggs

I suggest there should be a helper supervisor. This way it is assured that helpers do their job, provided the supervisor does his job as well.

maybe new gm? some players call: gm or cm please help me and helpers cant do anything at that problem. i liked [GM] evil mage but he isnt much online HAIL [GM] EVIL MAGE
