I recently bought a castle from the website. Since all castles were full i could not use the item i received. So i requested a refund so i could buy an dedicated castle instead. AND BOM MY ACCOUNT WAS DELETED BY GM XERAZX FOR fraud payment?! IS this the compensation i get for all the money i spent on this server? I have all the proofs that i need to show that i did nothing wrong at all and it seems he just deleted my account so he wouldnt have to compensate MY REAL MONEY with a digital product?!
