We've all seen how the playerbase has reduced massively. Let's put an end to this. From time to time I logg on to check what's up with the server, and I never see anyone online, the temple is almost always empty, and It's becoming worse and worse for every week. The main ''Thing'' that brings entertainment to Tibia servers are the players, if we do not have our players, we do not have anything. We need players, and too achieve this we must make changes, we don't need inactive staff, as we have a custom map, we need different quests, new things to do every 1-2 weeks. After around 3 months of playing Highexp, you've almost completed everything there is to do on the server, item quests are never being added, nor are we getting normal quests. Everything is too easy, if you want a couple of MDC's great you just go up to the temple, and see the boss teleport. We need active mappers, who can fix customised maps, quests and make harder bosses, I mean one of the most enjojable things on Tibia is to farm, on a late night, you've tried to defeat a boss with your 4 friends for 2 hours, that's what we want, we want the server to be competitive, not just pay to win like you see these days, buy a rich set and you're done, no, we don't need that. We should start adding new content to the server. I'm saying this to inform the admins to actually see if they still care about the server. #Let'sMakeXerazxGreatAgain

Quests.

I can agree that some things are amazing when you try it for the first time. But quest(s) like Thanatos (More HP quest) was one of the worst quests I've ever experienced. It was nothing more than a boss with a huge pool of HP. And as a Knight, I couldnt go afk like the rest of my team =/ I basically stood still pressing 3 buttons for 40minutes. No break at all. And 40minutes was only the first boss..

While the Insect quest was one of the best quests I've ever experienced.
It wasn't just hard but it was also long as hell. I could personally login and just spend all my time trying to progress there. There was some frustration but it never got "boring". And even tho it was generally hard, I could actually try to do it myself.
And even tho it took a while to realise all the bugs (missing item(s) / walls on the wrong place) it was still fun!

While the spell quests was "meeh". I like the main idea and all but the idea that you need 10 players to enter.. it normally required the whole team to go back and get the guy. But perhaps that's the whole tibia experience. And when I say go back, I mean go back and re-enter the quest area. And lets not mention the stairs...

Unlike Insect quest, you could try to progress with lesser people (or more).
Didnt need a specific number of people.

With this, I mean that I'd (personally) like to see longer quests with more strategic "encounters". Instead of just "adding a new quest". I want to use Magic Walls and even the "fire-utani hur" to block of some monsters and then pull 1 at a time. Strategic!


Voaction Balancing.

My own experience from Highexp. Only x-amount of people spent time leveling. They did 1 quest and then went full on PVP. And the main issue with PVP is the balancing. I'm not saying that a Knight should be able to block 14 people like the good old days.

But that knights can get ran over like nothing within 1 freeze is just silly. What I liked about Highexp is that we have freeze runes.. but some years ago it actually required you to do a double freeze to kill someone. And, it was more than that.
Just to achieve a double freeze was hard for some people. Which made the game more fun according to me.

I know that they did some hotfixes from the last time I did PVP. But, the knight, just like all the other vocations is in need of balancing, because it currently contains factors/issues that prevents a player from being distinguished between a good knight, and a fucktard that follow-attacks people and presses one or two hotkeys.

Crafted items also seem stupid on Paladin. "If you decide to choose the offensive shit, then you are no longer a fucking blocker". Im not saying that Paladins should be a blocker. But if we take druids as an example (immune spell) that's even able to use it while moving.. and they're able to use Mana Per Soul...while moving...

I understand that some people do not agree with all of this. But the fact that you cant run and heal at the same time is just annoying as hell. (runes)



Anyway, we all want new content but would be better if we explains a lil'better WHAT we want to see with the content. Instead of just "more quests/fix pvp".

How are they going to fix these things? Feedback and Suggestions!

I agree. The vocations still needs more improvement. In the early 2012's when I started the game Highexp was a really unique experience of Tibia that I've never had before, the freeze rune was a really new thing to me which I though was a much more better version of ''Paralyze Rune'' which was great in my opinion. But then when more and more players got admin freezes it just removed the value of the normal freeze rune and just made people get a huge advantage over other players. And then our items now adays are pretty much ''If you have a rich/ultra set, you're hooked, and if you're a reb 400 with rich set and going 1v1 a reb 700 with an admin set, you'll win. That's not what we want, players that work harder than others trying to obtain different rebirths ETC should have a value aswell, not just pay to win. And another thing is we have WAY Too many items that are just thrown away like garbage, items that you start with ETC that has no value what so ever in game which totally trashed more than 60 percent of our items. And boss battles shouldnt just be ''10 players 1k+ reb'' as you mentioned and then just a weak boss with alot of HP which is just time consuming and not entertaining at all. Our bosses should have different powers, do they paralyze you if you come too close to them ETC. And if we readd items that are useless now adays such as fire boots, which could be a valuable item which for example could give you a certain defence bonus against fire, which then could be used against a certain boss which helps you defeat that boss. We should also encourage players to give feedback to the server on what they like and dont like. - #MakeXerazxGreatAgain

I personally agree with most of the opinions shared into this thread. I also would like to emphasize that we are aware that some of the content we released over the past few years didn't come actually from a good game design perspective other than "rolling out new content" - We have been developing over the years, so is our knowledge with us, that's why this one year we haven't almost released any major updates as we used to.

Our goal at next update is to create content which enhances the level of gaming experience a player has while spending time at Xerazx-OT; we don't want to simply focus on "new quests" other than "what type of quests, why they are being made, and what is the process of getting the reward" details like that carries the essentials of gaming.

At the next update, we do have a set of short term objectives and long term ones, short term we basically aim to hit the botters to the knees either through banishment or adjusting the whole design which makes it not reasonable to bot. Long term, where we aim to change the core of the server in a systematic way where every little object (quest, monster, or even a 1 rebirth spell) has a reason to exists and its position on the line.

While we don't have estimations to the time we will start actually working on this type of update I just mentioned, however, we are completely keen to make it happen as soon as we can. We love working on Xerazx-OTS, and its part of our fun to watch that changes based on your feedback and data we collect are having a good impact on our players gaming experience.

You are free to add up more of your respectful and interesting discussion into this one thread.

This is my suggestions you staff could work on.
- Rework the answer system, because everyone have the script to answer it.
- Change the punishment for botters, make the rules stricter instead of just banning downgrade botters with 100rebs + Banishment for 7days.
- Change the 750+ above spells (Mega spells is outdated + it can be used from rebirth 50+)

Good to hear!

Have to admit that all the booters is a big lackluster to come online. I'm sure we all used it in the past (before the rules).

Anyway, I'll make sure to come up with some relevant feedback and suggestions! =)

Hmm, Long time since i've actually been on the forums it seems. Alot of ideas. Hmm, Botting matter. This would've been easier if you never let it happen in the first place.

My suggestion is, Reset the server overall. A complete new design. But anyway. BB i'll meet u guys at wars.

Yo.

I'd like to suggest slight vocation balancing. So lets start with explaination. What should be changed?

DRUIDS
Problem: Druids damage is way too high considering that druids are SUPPORTIVE mages.
Solution: Decrease damage scaling on SD by 40%, increase buff of immune by 5%, increase immune cooldown to 20 seconds, increase duration of immune to 4 sec, increase manacost of immune to 40%,

PALLIES
Problem: Pallies deals almost nothing and are tanking almost nothing.
Solution: Buff their damage scaling on SD by 15%, increase their tankiness by 25%.

SORCERERS
Problem: Sorcerers have high damage but they almost lose nothing while doing it.
Solution: Increase mega mas flam damage by 10%, cost of it also by 10%, decrease damage of mega vis lux by 30%, decrease it's cost by 3%, decrease their damage scaling on SD by 15%.

KNIGHTS
Problem: Knights aren't tanky enough to be tanks.
Solution: If things that I wrote up there were done, knights wouldn't have any problems.


I hope admin could catch up the idea of these changes, wouldn't mind if they were done for sake of balance.
