I Try To Change Rk My Account From Like 3 Days But the message did not reach on My Emil... Please Help Me

The message is either delivered instantly or not. I've checked our mailing system and its operating fine. I can also see that the message is flagged as "Delivered" to the email address registered on the account. The email is always sent to the email which appears you upon visiting the "AccountInformation" page at your Account Management.

The message is sent to the currently registered email on this account. If you have made change email before the confirmation system was founded, the system will remain considering the very first registered email on this account as the primary one. In short, if you wish to know which email is currently receiving the confirmation email go into your "Account Information" page.
