Hello, today i installed this tibia ot client and when i try to login it said incorrect username or password multiple times, so i tried again and got banned for 1.5 hours total and after that i tried changing my password, controlling it and tested, still didn't work, then i tried with the ot changer, how do i fix that cause when im trying to it just gets stuck on "Your character list is being loaded. Please wait." reply fast plz

Not sure this is the main issue. But I usally get the same error when I try to login.
If you experience it with the right client, simply login with n/a. (press login without writing anything).
So you recieve the error message "No one is currently streaming". (some players might stream, lol)
Then login.
