Did you check your other chars on the acc, IF you have any? You can, by mistake have sent the item to the wrong character.

It's a chance you accidently sent it to another character, just like Agony mentioned.
It's a way to track it instead of opening every character.

Step*

1) Login on Account Management
2) Click on Shop
3) Click on Shop History

Now you should see a list on everything you purchased from the Shop. Simply scroll down to the Admin Freeze and see who you sent it to.
