The confirmation email doesn't give you a link to " http://support.highexp.eu/requests/4977 " this could be a response from the email support which has a link to your ticket, you can access it after being logged into your support desk account. However, the confirmation email is an email which actually has a title of "Confirmation Email" and it has a unique link that you have to click to verify your request, the link expires in 24 hours.

i swear by allah i can't open the support link and i cannot log in if i know how to record and upload for you video now i will show you that i cant so cuz i cant trust any one on my new recovery key come and tell you to help me

where your problem of help the player who have the email of the account and msg you from my email only my problem that i cant enter the support link i don't know why or what the reason to tell you so please send to me the new recovery keys cuz i need start playing like any player oki ?!!

You don't need to open support link, basically login on the website order a new key and then open your email inbox you will find an email titled as "Confirmation Email" contains a link, click it and its all done. To record a video you can use HyperCam

PS: Stop yelling me at me trying to help you, for the last time i will not tell you that you will have to go through the verification step on the website and order a new key. If you kept yelling about this i will just quit helping you, i did my best till this post tho.

i cant download any cam programs so who have teamviewer welcome to my computer now for help me show the admin and cm that i did not got any email talking about recovery key.

who need take my an email password for cheak it i don't have any problem but my problem that i need have new recovery no more .
