hi admin,
any Customers come your server to donate need to have options like buy what ever he want that what i did donate for buy new recovery key on 2 accounts R ip account and Gold-d Roger account,
and i found on the shop web site new system that i have msg says that i will have the new recovery key for the both account's on my both email's at 24 hours but your new system did not work like that i waste like 48 hours and did not get any email have any new recovery keys at my both emails ,

and i sent for you all my accounts info at support@highexp.eu

for trust that i am the real owner for give me my right

i am only need now remove 2k point from R ip account and send to me new email have new recovery key and the same with Gold-d Roger account too

No need more than my right ,
Do you think it's hard to help me , or you will help me for have fun in your server like any Customers here

I have deleted your first thread because it was a flaming thread, you basically spammed a couple of flaming words without digging into your issue. However, this one seems to be readable. The confirmation email is instantly sent, if you believe that you didn't the email please head off and open a support ticket including the following info:

Account name:
Email:
Time and Date you made the request:


I have reviewed our automated email logs and i can clearly see that you have received a double of emails on 11 of October.



Btw you are not a customer, you a player of a game.

i am talking all this time and wait you to send to me only 2 new recovery key to this email
ahmedabdelradyy@hotmail.com for R ip account

and for this email : tigerbest90@hotmail.com For Gold-d Roger account

and remove my point's from the site no need them only need have new recvery keys oki?!!

No, this will never happen at my end. You have to go through the regular steps on the website and pass through the verification steps such as email confirmation and password authentication.

i have 2k point on my both account's but the problem again that i wait 24 hours and did not have any email have my recovery keys only have link open to me website did not show me any thing maybe i have problem in my pc in my home and my work not you who have the problem can you tell me why you wont help me to get the both new recovery keys and send them to me ?!!

As mentioned earlier, the emails are already delivered to your inbox on both of your email addresses. If you consist on denying the fact that they are delivered, go ahead and record a video of recovering the account process and open your email inbox to prove that you received no emails.

but my problem point now that i have email tell me to go this website " http://support.highexp.eu/requests/4977 "

when i try to enter on it cant see any thing cuz may be i have problem on my computer never ever read what i have in this request yet so why i ask you to help me if i can do it by my hand -.-

he check Junk and inbox he didn't receive any e-mails from staff, so if you don't mind to check it out it might be bugged or your email has problems.
3 months ago E-mail Password recovery had bug it was sending message after 24h or more and i reported it, admin solved it so if you don't mind investigate, i'm not welling to sent email for such problem admin solved it within mins so you can.
