Personally I use faked emails all the times when I create accounts on OT servers. Perhaps I was lucky that none entered the character (when I recovered with a mail) but I'm sure if the real owner got the right information he will be able to recover the account.

But you need to send a email since this is something personal between the staff and you.
And usually the old email they registered with works just fine to prove that the you're the real owner.
(along with other information ofc).
If he dont have access to the email, I suggest he creates a new one. GMAIL works just fine. (been using it for ages).

When he have a email, he just need to send a email to the Staff by opening the Forum and click SUPPORT on the right side of the page. Which will open a new window where he can write the information and then send. And if he's to lazy to create a new account to have access to the Forum, he can just send a mail directly to Support@highexp.eu

when me/sariel had death rush id/rk admin pause rk and gave the account back to death rush so this is same way he followed i followed and rl owner followed maybe next time when i retire
