I think the Staff respond manually.

Last time I sent a email (regarding this) I got a personal message from you.
Though, it might've been the other option when I recovered a account. (not entirely sure)
Anyway, the purpose were not to provoke you and it would'nt been that strange if you did respond manually.

Anyway, sorry for giving the wrong information. I mainly went on own experience.
