bug lost items

i trade my other char whit full rich and i put all items to my acc and i log out and i dubel:D items and after server log me out and i log in no items fix this bug and can i get my items back or no i spend 100euro:mad: and i fucking lost items :(

The server didn't crash nor an issue occurred to it while saving, please make sure to find your items somewhere with your account, from our side everything is fine.
