I'm always trying to act neutral no matter the cause, I dont know why, it's just a part of me. Also I'm not the one that decides the final action so my oppinion doesn't really matter =/

However, if you're story is true (I say 'if' since I'm neutral), it's really sad. The Crusher spawn are like a high prio~ if you want to collect things so it's not odd that players would fight over the spawn.
But that someone would jail a player just to help a friend is really bad.
Abusement like that shouldn't exist.

I've also recieved reports about you. Apparently you bot (collect) during the night. Nothing wrong with that of course but you're also online during the day?=/
Don't you sleep? - That awakes a lot of suspicious against you, atleast from my side.
But unlike most people, I dont report or take a action without any evidence. But of course I will keep my eyes open.

Anyway, that didn't explain the situation regarding Dustintjes jailing.

I get a feeling that none action will be taken against Dustinje, but if your story is true, I hope Dustintje learnt something. He's actually a really good helper and the most active too.

I wont reply on all the messages, it kind of getting a tad bit off topic on who's a good helper and who's not.

However..

The helper positions are usually granted to players for their positive and helpful attitude together with a great understanding of the server and good English skills in written format.
I'm sure that the staff do a review before they promote someone. Else we would have regular abusers all the time!
Every Helper work differently and therefor get different kind of players that like them. But in the end, it usually always succeed.

Yes, a first look at the pictures seems like he jailed you for for a rumour. But how much can we believe your story too?
E.g you said that you killed his friend -ninja-a and later jailed you because of it.
But the last death was notified:
9 Mar 2014 Killed at rebirth 369 by Quality.

I'm not taking any sides, it's just that it's easy to make up a story. Hopefully you see my point. And I dont think Admin have the time to work as a detective etc. Maybe if they would get regular reports about Dustintje, an action might be taken. Also you didnt want an reply from Admin but it sometimes explain why they dont take an action.


To answer your question:
yes, a first look at the pictures it seems like you didnt do anything wrong and got jailed for nothing ... but your story is a bit weak to believe why he did it.(according to me).
Also we cannot know if Dustintje was aware of the 15minute limit time.

thought u already know that but death list is bugged Riesen i died like 20 times when i bot and lose connection or logoff for any other reason and still have same deathlist u can test it by ur self
like i said before you can ask Dust if he lie about this he jailed me once he saw this msg = i wasn't idle so it's enough prove atleast for me that he's bad as a person and player

I'm aware of that and I've notified Cm some days ago. My point is that they cannot really track it.
2 peoples are telling 2 different stories about this. I cannot or even want to get involved any further. I think you're right, best would be to wait untill Admin replies.
