Ok well i donated 13$ for 2500 points or at least i thought so thats what the website said then i donated and got 300 points i am very confused and lost my money.please talk to me in game thanks! or refund my account thanks!

What kind of payment did you use? (some are not instants, they actually take a while).

And regarding the 300 points you recieve. - The first character that reach rebirth 5 on your account recieves 300 points. It got nothing todo with the donation. Anyway, send the email with the information.
