When guild war event finished i bought a skull remover and got some exp eggs and put them in my house and logged when i opened again my black skull disapeared same as the exp eggs and the skull remover
1. maybe was a crash but none of my friends had a crash

2. Someone hacked me while i never gave my pass or acc name

3. there is someone i think it is him so could any helper msg me when im online to tell u about his name because if i say now he could hack me again

1) About crashes - Relogging saves your character but not your house etc. Best would be to wait until a server save occure, basically put out the items 30seconds before a save (they announce it ingame when it's 30 seconds left).

2) But you didnt lose any other items, example your equipment? Sounds weird if he would hack you since it's not possible unless you gove your info out

3) Can't you change the password? (But I dont think it's someone hacking you)

My guess is that your house is bugged. Maybe the items doesnt save on the tiles? Put out a coin on every tile and see if it saves or not.
