If i drop the pet in the ground so it's availble to everyone to use it ! Is It a bug ?!

I dont think it's a bugg, I told them this waaaaaaaay back in 8.6
Also this is quite hard to abuse. Since when you pk, someone can steal the scroll if you put it out during a war.
