My mini vipi expires after 4 days instead of 7 days. What I should do about it??

You're not the first one with this problem. I get a lot of complains but I'm not capable to do any investigation as a Tutor.

I just logged in and noticed that I only have 8days left?
I can't be blind but I'm almost 100% sure that I had 40days 2-3 days ago? (used 2 vip medals a while ago)
