E-Mail change, Not possible!

I have my character at a un-serious email. And I've been trying to change once before, it said it will take a month, it have been more than 1 month and no new Email. Please fix that as fast as possible!

Is it fixed now? and why does it have to take 1 month, why not 48h or something?
