I think that's good suggestion cuz druids can easily make you slow as snail.. So i think that's good idea to make slow runes that will use about hmm 15% mana?

Slow rune is great atm, and I haven't seen the stacking since the top arena incident

Riesen i was slowed like snail like hmm... 100 times? So its stacking. When some player using slows at yo with admin freeze it stacks ^^
