HEY ADMINS.. after all this time that i msgg here in fourm and after i email us and no one can help or say me somthing? pleas (this my bugg if you no remmember k man i have bugg in my points i buy 15.000 points in mobile sms and pay 40 eur and the rl money is lost!! and the points not in my account!! soo pleas chek it and give my points what i buy.. (15.000) points.. pleas chek whene be here cuz i dont whant too lost my rl money cuz i save my money for buy this points!! and now i lost it in the sms soo pleas help me fast ty... )
ok soo after all this time and mssgs and emails you can do somthing with the points?? i whant too rly get the points after i along time save this big money (40 eru) soo pleas give my points! ty for all...

I'm following your threads and truly trying to help you, but as i mentioned at the other thread that you need to send an email to Billing@highexp.eu and we will follow up with you there. As you mentioned that you already sent an email but it seems that it was never delivered to us, can you post your email address ?

I have searched your email at our Help Desk center and there were no results about it, are you sure you have sent an email correctly? If you believe that you correctly done this, can you give it one more try but to Support@highexp.eu instead of billing@highexp.eu .

pleas help and fast i have only 7 days play and after 7 days i dont will play some 2-3 months pleas!! hey admins its me sweaky egy iv after that we in conect and we in emails whene you will give me my points? i go too the army nore some 7 days and i wahnt play befor with my items and all pleas give me play with my points i soo much time save the money and i play in this server alot off time ago soo pleas give me my points ty for all youre Sweaky Egy Iv
