ok man i have bugg in my points i buy 15.000 points in mobile sms and pay 40 eur and the rl money is lost!! and the points not in my account!! soo pleas chek it and give my points what i buy.. (15.000) points.. pleas chek whene be here cuz i dont whant too lost my rl money cuz i save my money for buy this points!! and now i lost it in the sms soo pleas help me fast ty...

How long ago did you donate? From my friends experience he never got the points instantly when he donated through the phone, atleast not when it was that high amount.
Also I think it's better to email the staff - Billing@highexp.eu -, remember to include your phone number in the email or a reference number (if you got one, I've never donated through the phone so I don't know).
And don't worry =) You'll get the points if you donated.
