It's !leavehouse instead of !sellhouse

Mby we can let !sellhouse work plus !leavehouse .

!leavehouse & !sellhouse is 2 different commands !leavehouse make u leave it and any one can buy but !sellhouse its more safe like when u write !sellhouse person
u trade with that person ur house for his offer u should make it work
