The Rule is simple, Don't share your account info with anyone else whatever the reasons. Unfortunately in most of the hacking cases it's always players fault by sharing their account info (there's no way you can get hacked due to the server fault) and we can't recover any items. The best thing we can do is helping you to recover the account itself.

I didn't mean to blame you whenever i mentioned your fault, in other way it's always one side issue and it's you. I know that you are angry because your items but you need to be more open mind.

Why do we sell new recovery key for 2k points?

Simply it's a one time a key you take it for FREE at your first time, but if you lost it, the system will not give you another one for free. you must be charged for a bit so next time you can truly save it. In addition like in your case you got hacked and you truly need a new recover key, so you got an option to do that. Recovery key is not a product that we even sell its just an additional service we offer.

Why don't you just give back my items?

Because if we did this (giving back items for anyone who claims that he got hacked) we will be only ruining the server, the world is full of false claimers (i mean in general not you) and we prefer to not to involve into such problems to avoid any further issues.

Also shop history and such information are not a proof that somebody is really got hacked ! we are not in the FPI here, we are just a gaming community which have a small rule "Take care of your account and items since they are always your own responsibility, and we will take care of anything else" .

Last thing i wanted to point out: Whenever you donate to the server you are donating to purchase items and enjoy your game, but your donations doesn't give you any advantage over the free player regarding the support.
