Admin fix BUG on (Rich Wand) is a shit item... why?... becouse Rich Spear, Rich Sword hit 100 million and Rich Wand hit 40 ~ 50 million... fix bug please

Rich spear hit 60-70 milion/Rich sword hit 50 milion. Go play Tetris.
